This site is a personal portfolio. It has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics services and no advertising. Here is everything it collects and why.

When you send the contact form

The form sends your name, your e-mail address and the task you describe. The server also adds the IP address the message came from and the country it belongs to, to filter spam. The country is looked up in a database stored on this server; only when that gives no answer is the IP address checked with the country.is service.

When you open a page

Like any web server, this one writes a technical log: the page, the time, your IP address, your browser's user agent and the address of the page that linked here. A daily counter of page views per IP address and of linking sites is kept for my own statistics. This data is not shared with anyone.

What is not used

No cookies, no tracking pixels, no Google Analytics or similar services. Fonts and images are served from this site itself. Links to wordpress.org, LinkedIn, Google Play and other sites lead to services with their own privacy rules. Your browser keeps one flag in its local storage (localStorage) that you have been here before, so that the site picks your language only on the first visit; nothing is sent to the server.
